1. How do I customize my order?

Leave the name you want and font number (if applicable) in the “Note to Seller” box at checkout. You can also message me after placing your order with your customization details.

 

2. Can I change my customization after ordering?

Yes — but only within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, production begins and changes can’t be made.


3. How long will my order take to arrive?

Processing takes 10–20 business days. Shipping usually takes 5–7 business days after your order has shipped.


4. Do you accept returns or cancellations?

I do not accept returns on custom or personalized orders. Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase.


5. What materials are used?

Most pieces are made from gold-plated, silver-plated, or rose gold-plated stainless steel. This makes them durable, tarnish-resistant, and perfect for everyday wear.


6. How should I care for my jewelry?

  • Avoid wearing in water (shower, pool, ocean)
  • Store in a dry place when not in use
  • Wipe gently with a soft cloth to maintain shine

 

7. What if my package is lost or delayed?

Once your order is with the shipping carrier, delivery times are out of my control. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the carrier with your tracking number.


8. Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes! You can select gift packaging at checkout for an extra touch.
